This company has very rude and unprofessional employees that will not stand behind their work. They are a subcontractor for Pulte. In my case they did not follow the manufacturer instructions and refused to fix the problem. We gave them multiple opportunities to fix the problems and the floor is still a mess. Their general manager managed to offend both my wife and I by attempting to bully and mock us.
Horrible!! New house, new wood throughout. 6 different repairs (installer) later still damaged in several locations. *Spilled glue on top of new wood floors throughout house, they couldn’t get it off after several attempts. *Wood transitions to bath tile lifting. *Uneven pieces throughout that is a trip hazard to children. 6 different repairs/installs lasted over the course of 13 months. ***They don’t answer the phone. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, no follow up and numerous missed appointments
Scheduled my tile repair but no one showed up. My builder's warranty representative contacted the company to which they said "it was never booked".
