Joseph at Floors for Living was fantastic to work with!! I needed to replace carpet on my stairs with wood that would complement my existing second floor hardwood. He walked me through options, pricing, and timelines over the phone on the spot. He was able to pick the perfect match just from a photo!! He also advised me not to replace flooring that didn’t need replacing, saving me thousands of dollars! Honest, knowledgeable, and focused on what truly made sense for my home. I’d absolutely work with him again!
JANUARY 2026 REVIEW: Once again, the Floors For Living at 8911 Sam Houston Parkway has delivered another five star experience. This will be the third time we have come back to this location for updates to our home. This time we had the pleasure of working with Carlos Gonzalez who fully embraces what it means to provide amazing customer service.
