We went in a few months back because we were doing a nearly total remodel. The owner sat and ate her lunch while grilling my wife on where we were from, where we were from before that, etc., and asking my what she did for her career--and how much money she made at each position. That is Webster's definition of unprofessional. A younger woman proceeded to try to help us. They did let us take some samples home (which I returned) but we had so much trouble getting prices out of them, we didnt make a purchase. Very odd!

I am blown away by these guys! Fantastic experience. Their crews are extremely hard workers. I had some outdoor tile replaced after the original had aged and cracked. They have really made my auto dealership "POP"! Top notch in all areas. Such a good experience thinking of having them do my home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
*Edited for response I would give zero stars if it would let me. Highest price in town with worst customer service. They do not stand behind the products they sell and they will tell you the flooring is waterproof and you can spill liquids and leave it for days but when you submit a warranty claim they say that high humidity in home is the reason "VINYL" floors are failing and even after providing a 3rd party inspection that concluded F&F's did not install the factory recommended moisture barrier before install(installation ... read more
