Dealing with the team at Floors Etc was the best experience. We recently did a new build with them and they made the entire process easy to understand and fun. Jacqueline worked with us on our vision and was excellent at helping with colour matching and ensuring our home had the right flow. We could not be happier with our new floors, tile and shower surrounds. If you want white-glove service with East coast charm... look no further.

Excellent experience from the start! Doug was approachable and provided great input. I had a good feeling from the beginning and was not disappointed.
