Avoid this company at all costs. If I could rate this company with a zero I would. There were issues right from the beginning. No response to emails, calls, etc. We decided to go with them because we had used them in the past, many years ago with very satisfactory results. We hired them to refinish our staircase and replace wood spindles with metal ones. We had a flood and needed our floors replaced on one level of our home and also had our carpet replaced, including a stair runner. We live in a condo and there was a fire in the unit above us causing the sprinkler system to go off. This caused major water damage to our unit since we are directly under the unit that had the fire. We were living in a concrete jungle. Due to some issues with insurance and our property mgmt, we were not able to get our floors done for just over 3months.
