From the moment you book a free consultation, you are met with a level of professionalism not too common with businesses these days. ***** is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything in laymen's terms - not throwing around fancy jargon but not being condescending either. What shocked me was the cost - I thought he had made a mistake but he didn't. The team at Floors Come True came in to demo my floor prior to some slab repair and then came back to lay new floor after. The team was incredibly hard working and efficient and worked with me to pull off a tight turnaround schedule with minimal disruptions to the house. And the end result looks great!

I was in a bind needing carpet quickly for the home I was selling. I was very cautious with researching a carpet company, as I needed prompt quality service fast! Kevin was awesome from the first moment I contacted him, he literally stopped by the same day. He provided timely, quality, and over the top customer service explaining the entire process every step of the way. Installation was completed in a day and it was a great product within my budget. I had all of the carpet in my upstairs bedrooms, hallway and stairs replaced. Kevin brought the samples to the house and spent a lot of time discussing my options. I chose a high quality carpet and scheduled the work for about a month out. The installers were professional and very careful. I had all of the bedrooms painted before the install and there were no marks on the walls when they finished. They also moved furniture and took up the old carpet and hauled it away. First impression meeting one of the owners at a home show was that of professional, knowledgeable, and customer centric. The in-home quote and consultation process was outstanding! Incredibly thorough leaving me with a detailed quote and just the right amount of follow up. Installers were on time, friendly, and incredibly talented, true craftsmen. I had hard wood floors refinished and carpet installed and I plan to have them back to quite more work. Truly a refreshing approach!
