Floors really do come true when you're working with ***** and his team. We had a leak that ruined our old floors.***** came out and gave us a quote right away. He then got us scheduled quickly and his team, Max and Israel, got the job done so fast! We expected at least a week or more sitting with soaked floors that would start to mildew but they did the job in 1 & 1/2 days. The floors look amazing. We love the product and the work that was done. We will definitely recommend Floors Come True to our friends and neighbors.
It was an excellent experience all around. *****, our salesperson, was informative, friendly, and thorough, and we knew after just a few minutes that we made the right decision in choosing Floors Come True. From the beginning to the end, ***** was very helpful, on time and very thorough when we need to replace our family room carpet with new hardwood floors and also refinish our double hardwood staircase. ****** and **** were outstanding with the care and pride they took with putting in the hardwood and refinishing the stairs. The installers were very respectful and conscientious. The floor looks great. After they were finished they spent a lot of time reconnecting my TV and making sure it worked. I had snagged a parking place on the street for the installers, but it turned out that they didn't need it. At the end of the day I moved my car back to the garage. One of them walked me to my car and made sure I got on my way. They really went the extra mile.
Floors Come True, Inc. has top-notch customer service. ***** walked us through the entire process of our floor and carpet installation from top to bottom. I am so grateful to him and his team for the gorgeous job they did and for their hospitality!

We had wood floors refinished, a new wood floor installed and new carpet installed. The project manager was extremely helpful with his forward thinking and anticipating issues that may come up and addressing them ahead of time. Floors come true is customer service at it's finest. From the moment you book a free consultation, you are met with a level of professionalism not too common with businesses these days. ***** is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything in laymen's terms - not throwing around fancy jargon but not being condescending either. What shocked me was the cost - I thought he had made a mistake but he didn't. The team at Floors Come True came in to demo my floor prior to some slab repair and then came back to lay new floor after. The team was incredibly hard working and efficient and worked with me to pull off a tight turnaround schedule with minimal disruptions to the house. And the end result looks great!
