When it comes to the floors in my personal home, I always go with Floors by Kim. You just can't touch this type of quality. Kim's worked on at least 4 of my properties over the years. The top 3 items that are most important to me in choosing a HWF contractor is (1) how well did the contractor explain back to me what I wanted to do ensuring that they understand what I want, (2) how well they communicated their process, pricing and timeline for the project (3) clean up and finish product. Kim nails it EVERYTIME!
