So we shopped around to see what the market was like, and we chose FloorMax. They were not the cheapest but also not too expensive. I LOVE the way the floors turned out. They have a gallery in which you can see MANY floor samples, and they even allowed me to take a few home to see what they looked like against the tile(that we were going to keep). They have great customer service. They grouted our shower and cleaned the mold. the shower looks great! They stained and painted our front door and did a great job. I highly recommend Floor Max for any jobs you need done.

I shopped 3 other flooring stores and was getting discouraged until I went to Floor Max. One of the stores I shopped advertised 'free quotes' but I had to make a couple thousand dollars down BEFORE they would come out and give me a quote! Nothing 'free' about that. My salesman, Kurt, came out, on time the next day. From start to finish with Cindy, Kurt and the installation team it was a great. Best price, on time, beautiful workmanship. Trustworthy.
I am so thrilled with my new wood floors and the superb service from Floor Max!! Kurt the salesperson was great...helped broaden as well as narrow my selection, got it ordered and scheduled as well as some tile install, and the installers were exceptional!!!!! Very professional!! Kurt, salesman, is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There many samples from which to choose. Just tell Kurt what idea you have and he will match you up with a sample. When you schedule a job date, the crew arrives and immediately gets started. They work. They don't stop until it's either lunchtime or quitting time.
