I ordered about 1700 sf of hardwood from Floormart and was soooo impressed with their customer service. It's a family owned company and I felt like I was dealing with family friends. Mark bent over backwards to get me extra samples (even offered to let me take home his huge in-store samples). He came to the house to measure for free--even came on a Sunday morning--which was very nice considering he didn't need to measure the job at all since we were installing ourselves.
