Initial visit was good, knowledgeable staff. All fell apart after that. Install was being done by their guys. First team arrived, and despite being flooring installers, openly admitted they didn't know how to do stairs, only flat areas. This team also did not complete the transition strips to bathroom and bedrooms, I had to finish their install. After about 6 weeks of my house torn apart, the stair "specialist" showed up. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY My initial experience purchasing flooring from Floor It was great. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once I used their recommended subcontractors for installation and baseboards. The flooring itself is okay, but there are large, jagged gaps where the flooring meets my kitchen cabinets. I had to run a thick silicone bead to hide it, and it looks terrible. The flooring is also separating in places. The installers said the job would take a couple of days, so I gave them the keys to my vacant home... read more
