An amazing experience from start to finish! Nora was amazing and always responsive and helpful every step of the way.
Our adult sons moved out last year and we decided it was time to have the bedroom carpets ripped out and replaced with new baseboards and tile. We have wood-look plank tile throughout our living area, which had been installed 4 years ago by a different company and discontinued. Jay took the time to check his warehouse and found the exact same tile but in a lighter shade. Excellent experience. Sales team is very knowledgeable and polite. They do not pressure you. Installation teams are polite and professional. They do great work. Sales team and installation teams are connected versus some firms you may learn the sales team is not aware who the installers are. Having the personal connection at both levels is a good thing in my experience. The products they sell are high quality. We have beautiful Laminate and Carpet in our condo now. Highly recommend Coastal Flooring America Seminole store.
I am thrilled with my new LVP flooring. Jay helped me to find the perfect floor for my home. David and Chris did an excellent job on the installation of the upstairs and stairway (treads and risers). The 5 inch baseboards set off the new floor beautifully. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The process was fast, clean and painless. Well done Coastal Flooring!
