I had Chris Cheney (sales consultant) come out on 10/15/20 to inspect flooring for warranty issue. He promised that someone from the office would contact me the following week to set up an appointment. No one ever contacted me. I’ve called multiple times and have left several voicemails. My husband spoke with him on 11/13/20 and Chris stated that someone would be out to repair it within 2 weeks. No one contacted me. Terrible job! Planks were mis-cut so it gaps everywhere, damaged walls, left without installing quarter-round. All (numerous) attempts to fix problems has been half baked if it happens at all. Ive been battling them over this for YEARS now, I’ve emailed, called, threatened, begged...They clearly just hope Ill give up which isn’t going to happen. Miles refuses to answer my questions or do what he promises. Do not trust this business!!
Flooring Zone was very professional and helpful throughout the whole flooring process. Installed great looking hardwoods throughout my entire home and for a great price! The customer service exceeded my expectations with their quick response time and I would highly recommend!

The Flooring Zone will take your money and never deliver the product. We’ve been waiting on our upstairs floor to be installed for 4 months. We were originally told by Miles that it would be installed by June 11th. That date came and went with no contact from Miles. After I reached out for an update he told me it’d be July 13th.
