Cannot recommend highly enough! The showroom is stunning with so much selection of beautiful flooring. We chose the Haze Oak herringbone laminate for our office room. Kerry who helped us in store was lovely and explained everything flawlessly. Jimmy was our fitter and he has done an absolutely outstanding job. He was so friendly and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the service and quality. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you 🙂
Floor Surgeons were brilliant. Lots of quality flooring to choose from. We were a bit spoilt for choice. Kerry was polite and very helpful. We also had them fit the flooring. Armando came out to level and fit the flooring. He was amazing. On time, clean and did a perfect job. Couldn’t ask for more
We are absolutely delighted with our floor from flooring surgeons. Harry and team were fantastic and laid our floor beautifully. We had a few issues due to some irregularities with our house but the team weren’t fazed and found quick solutions. Kerry in the showroom was an absolute hero and answered our (many) questions! I’m really impressed with the quality of the LVT honeycomb. Not the original Flooring I was intended to go for as there was a time delay not at fault of the supplier as it was a new flooring in stock, But was advised by a lovely lady called Kerry who said there was an alternative which was very little difference in colour. Once delivered promptly and fitted by my carpenter the results are amazing absolutely love it.
I recently bought laminate flooring from flooring surgeons and I couldn’t be happier. The lads were very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process. The quality of the floors is excellent, and I also got a really good deal. They went the extra mile by helping to chase up delivery and keeping me updated, which made the whole experience stress-free. Customer service was absolutely top notch – highly recommend!
