Waited 5 days for delivery for the floor to arrive bent, covered in stains and lumps of grey glue on top of it. Causing major delays to my building project. The company customer service is rude and arrogant and incredibly unhelpful. Not sure why given their product is overpriced and terrible quality. Over £50 a square meter for damaged flooring. I was nervous about having work done in my home, but Flooring Surgeons made the entire process easy. I visited the Halesowen branch and the team there were professional, friendly, and really helpful. They took time to explain each step and tailored my quote based on my needs. When fitting day came, the fitters worked efficiently, delivering a result that exceeded my expectations! The attention to detail and quality of the flooring is exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
The whole process was smooth and great. I contacted the store for a quote, they got back to me straight away and sorted the order out for me. A few days later I had my floor delivered. Beautiful floor and cant wait to have it all finished. I wish I knew they also offer installation as I would have definitely had that built into the quote.
I can’t recommend and thank Flooring Surgeons enough. After multiple sample requests and back and forth, our flooring was delivered. A whole house renovation meant a fair amount was needed. The first batch of flooring arrived 2/3 days after the initial order and delivered to the doorstep. Three of the boxes were damaged, contacted Flooring Surgeons who immediately arranged a pick up and drop off of three brand new boxes.
