Brought my floor from the Halesowen branch. Ed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered a grey floor then a day later changed to a wood colour. No problem, all sorted on the phone. The fitters came as planned. Ryan and Adam. Two young men. They were so professional, helpful and with zero attitude, which was very refreshing. They did a fantastic job putting down my kitchen floor. I cannot recommend these two blokes enough. If you get them, count yourself lucky. Mark Noott
Was looking to purchase new flooring, had numerous samples of which did spring out at me, came across Flooring Surgeons online and I was instantly impressed that I travelled an hour an a half to see the most impressive showroom, and a great range of flooring, Ed instantly helped in choosing a great floor, at a great price. Fantastic. The guys in the Halesowen branch were really helpful and friendly. Ryan the fitter was excellent. Highly recommend. Clean worker friendly helpful. Can't praise him and the staff on the branch highly enough.
I had to get some alternative flooring for my flat. Flooring Surgeons are the best. The new floor was even better than the one I had planned to order elsewhere. Sina was the agent who took care of my needs, he was fantastic. He got it sorted and expertly delivered in 2 working days.
