I recently bought laminate flooring from flooring surgeons and I couldn’t be happier. The lads were very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process. The quality of the floors is excellent, and I also got a really good deal. They went the extra mile by helping to chase up delivery and keeping me updated, which made the whole experience stress-free. Customer service was absolutely top notch – highly recommend!
Excellent service from the guys over at Flooring Surgeons. Paid attention to every detail and were happy to meet all of my requirements. Herringbone floor turned out much better than I expected!!! Highly recommend!
Bought my flooring to replace my living room and hall floors with herringbone flooring surgeons. The quality of the flooring and the cost was half the price of similar flooring in Sterling furniture. The guys were very accommodating and it arrived quickly and efficiently. I need extra so ordered it and it came within a couple of days. Would highly recommend their service, competitive prices and delivery.
Waited 5 days for delivery for the floor to arrive bent, covered in stains and lumps of grey glue on top of it. Causing major delays to my building project. The company customer service is rude and arrogant and incredibly unhelpful. Not sure why given their product is overpriced and terrible quality. Over £50 a square meter for damaged flooring. The whole process was smooth and great. I contacted the store for a quote, they got back to me straight away and sorted the order out for me. A few days later I had my floor delivered. Beautiful floor and cant wait to have it all finished. I wish I knew they also offer installation as I would have definitely had that built into the quote.
