The staff at the Lethbridge location were absolutely fantastic!!! When showing a top notch carpet end that would fit perfectly in my area, for an area rug, they showed how it would be edged, and when it was ordered, and didn’t come, they allowed me to choose a different carpet, pairing with an available edging, and it was done in a very efficient manner and delivered to my home. Nate was awesome! Customer service was amazing with everyone we dealt with. Even the installers were great and friendly. I would highly recommend this place for all your flooring needs.
We had flooring put in last year and did the kitchen floor this year, the product is beautiful and work was done in a very timely manner.
