Our experience with Flooring and More has been exceptional from the start. From Tip and his team, Jamie, Jason and the wonderful woman, Astrid, who cleaned everything up when the job was finished, we couldn't be happier. Thank you for answering all our questions and being so accommodating. Our floors look fantastic!

I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option. Everything about our process was a nightmare. We had issues w their finance department (my card was charged at no explanation, my invoices didn’t break down the pricing one bit- extremely confusing and sketchy, etc.), overpriced in my opinion (coming from a family of interior designers and builders), took forever for my materials to arrive in store only to find out that it would not work in our home due to unlevel flooring (which was not mentioned when they came out to ... read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY TELL LIES AND DON'T FINISH THEIR WORK! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF FLOOR COVERING DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU HAVE GREAT INSTALLATION OF FLOOR COVERING. BEWARE OF THEM!

I had an insurance claim and Columbus flooring and more was suggested as my one stop for it all. My subfloor was being replaced in places and they had the people to do it. The original installers were polite and courteous, quick, and fixed the most dangerous parts of our floor. The second crew coming in tried to level out a massive gap in the floor and place my flooring over it. Walking on it was like walking on a roller coaster. Purchased carpet and paid in full July 11. Called to check delivery status on 8/10 & 11 and left messages to call me back (I was working with an owner). I called 8/14 and finally spoke to her and was told the carpet hasn't been shipped from vendor and they just met and discussed how they should be more assertive in holding the vendor accountable. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced; their delays of our flooring cost us an additional 400 dollars out of pocket. No concern shown.

Shown products and told they would work, went back a second time and they said the same thing, only to find out over two weeks later they were $1200 over budget, company would not honor what they said, they claimed they didn't know what my budget was. Went back a third time trying to find a compromise and I asked if this would work and they couldn't garauntee it. I said well let me know but after sleeping on it decided to go with a different company that is provided materials in budget and a quote under 48 hours. Would not r... read more
