Absolutely the worst service provider I have experienced in my life. I entrusted an expensive wool area-rug into their care for cleaning. The rug was only a year old and in excellent, like-new condition and only needed a light cleaning. They destroyed the rug. They caused dark staining to the rug during the cleaning, then rolled and wrapped it up in plastic while it was still wet. Needless to say it got mold and mildew on the backing and became discolored.
