Horrible experience! I had to replace my floor within 6 months of installing it the first time. They said it was my fault because I had a bad floor underneath (existing tile). I mentioned the installer should have brought it up and charged me extra for fixing it, but they clearly tell you that the contract with the installer is separate and they take no responsibility for it (note that their hook is that they offer FREE INSTALLATION, and yet you have no control over the terms with the contractor and Flooring King takes no re... read more
