We highly recommend Flooring Expo, Woodbury, MN, location. We had a hard time finding a particular discontinued carpet/color, but Terry was able to locate it for us. He, Khong, and other sales associates also kindly arranged to hold our order for over six months when we found our home renovation project had been delayed. The Best Customer Service! I recently just purchased Quincy Oak vinyl plank flooring from Flooring expo in Woodbury a couple months ago. Kong was helping me out and he was Great! He taught me different kind of flooring and what will be best for my new home. Quincy Oak is my favorite product there. It has a bright gray color and it is within my budget. Poor install. Cut carpet and hot glued it together. Carpet looks trashy for being 5 months old. Looks really worn. Don't use carpet king, save the money and aggravation. Best luck was Sears carpet, cheaper and better lasting 10 yrs. worth the ware for the price. Can't vacuum it or it rips.

the ONLY place to buy flooring – The staff was very knowledgeable. Before she even showed me anything she got to know me and what I needed. They were all very kind and helpful. I went there for something small and they bent over backwards for me so I went back and they did my entire house for a great price. They hold your hand the whole way and give you five star service. I won't go anywhere else. Be sure to ask for Rachel!!!!!
