He, Khong, and other sales associates also kindly arranged to hold our order for over six months when we found our home renovation project had been delayed. The Best Customer Service! I recently just purchased Quincy Oak vinyl plank flooring from Flooring expo in Woodbury a couple months ago. Kong was helping me out and he was Great! He taught me different kind of flooring and what will be best for my new home. Quincy Oak is my favorite product there. It has a bright gray color and it is within my budget.
