Terrible customer service. They had poor communication within the staff. Installers showed up without full idea of the job and didn’t have the right equipment which then delayed everything. And then when they came back the next day still didn’t have all the pieces and didn’t complete the install as ordered. They couldn’t work past 4:30 to get the job job since it was their error. Also no vacuum to clean up after, left a mess.
