Received quotes from multiple retailers, looking to minimize shipping costs. Flooring designs took my quote and said they would return my call shortly and never did. So I tried again and they again said they would return my call shortly and, again, they never did. So the third day I called and the woman on the phone told me they had no intention of giving me a quote because they could tell from their "system" that I had previously purchased flooring from a different retailer. Tina (and Tori) are the absolute best. They work so hard at getting you the best of all Options when talking budget and quality. I know I’m in good hands when I’ve worked with them (both in bathroom, business, and carpet now).
Absolute nightmare! Flooring Design / Coyle misrepresented both their product and installation. We experienced many issues with their uncertified subcontractors. When we brought issues up to be addressed Flooring Design would not correct or take responsibility. Now we have to hire someone to fix there mistakes. I wish we would have taken the warning from others not to hire this company for our new construction build. We simply have been cheated! Runaway from this company and go to either Nonn’s or Sergenian’s.
Cute showroom and great sales team. I love the StoneImpressions tiles. So many gorgeous patterns and they are customizable!
This is my second time working with Tina. And she has exceeded all expectations! Our bathroom looks incredible! Best advice-just tell her what you are looking for and trust her! She will not steer you wrong. It’s so hard to visualize what a renovation will look like. But Tina sees it!!
