They don’t even answer their phones and if you do happen to get someone and ask for a quote, they don’t call you back.😳 like a lot of companies these days, they shouldn’t be in business. Where did customer service go? Also, they sold us a wood flooring that is so soft, if you drop any little thing onto it you get a large dent. We LOVE Flooring Designs! Tina does an excellent job of design/coordination and the installation is always gorgeous. We have used Flooring Designs for hardwood, carpet, LVP and tile install. The flooring is gorgeous every time right down to the last detail. Their price point is very reasonable and we trust them completely with all of our flooring design and install!
Tina is great! She is patient and encouraging and has an eye for design. She was able to source some tiles I had my eye on for a great price as well. The final result exceeded my expectations and we are very happy with how our flooring and tile turned out. Thank you Tina and the tile artisans who did our install!
