We've used Flooring Concepts twice now- once last summer to replace damaged carpeting and just recently this summer for new flooring in our family room. Both times we have been very pleased with the process and results. Flooring Concepts is our go to for flooring and remodeling. They just installed carpeting in our family room and a new backsplash in our kitchen. we recently had our floors redone with the new vinyl plank product. It is amazing how it has transformed our home. We chose Flooring Concepts because of Kirk, our salesperson who provided us with all the info we asked for and more.
