When choosing a flooring contractor, steer clear of the Flooring Boutique. I received a quote from them on 4/27/14, had work started on 5/23/14. When they completed the job, the grout on our new porcelain tile, was completely wrong. We ordered a chocolate colored grout to blend with the floor, but the grout dried to a light gray, making the grout lines very noticeable. My experience with Flooring Boutique was great. They steered me toward the right carpeting for my high traffic areas, including several price options. It was delivered and installed on time. They also worked with me on payments so I didn't have to pay one large lump sum. I will be going back to Flooring Boutique again. They were a nice change from the huge Empire/Luna companies I had worked with in the past.
