I had 4 different flooring companies in my home today to take measurements for my entire 1st floor. Flooring America was the only company whose employees did NOT wear masks. I'll be going with Thornton who's employee wore a mask the entire time.

He helped us pick out wood laminate floors for our house that turned out perfectly! After brief conversations about what we were interested in he picked out a couple of samples for us to look at and helped finalize the final product. The floors turned out better than we could have imagined, and we couldn’t be happier with the recommendation and service!
We went to Flooring America and had great service. We picked out new carpet and was told we would get a phone call to schedule a time for the installers to come to our house to measure. We waited over three weeks and never received a phone call. We ended up going elsewhere for our flooring.
We had a fantastic experience with getting our new carpet from Flooring America. We will definitely be back in the future.
