Ellen was went far beyond what I've every experienced. She was very helpful and was a pleasure working with her. The installers did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend Carpet One.
Pretty awful customer service. Walked into the store during business hours, around 3pm. 3 employees in the store and none of them greeted or came to speak with me. All 3 of them saw me and made eye contact. I wandered around the store looking at samples for 5-10 minutes. I went up to one of them and asked for someone to help me and talk about some tile. Great experience. Cheyenne the sales manager was a wonderful communicator during the whole process.
The carpet selection was so large that at first I thought I wouldn’t be able to make a decision. I told the sales consultant what rooms we were looking to recarpet, what pets we have and that we didn’t want the carpet to get smashed down due to wear. She pointed us to the carpets that would work well for us and took all the guess work out. Before we committed to Carpet One, I went to some “big box” stores to compare prices and quality.
