We highly recommend this small family business for flooring expertise. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly giving lots of advise. Service was very quick, clean and professional with a super finished results. Having dogs I was fed up with dirty foot marks on carpets and constant cleaning. The hard floor we have is easy and quick too clean and hygienic! We are so pleased with the finished results.
I was attracted to Flooring 4 All Dorset’s shop because it looked much less overwhelming than some of the big brand carpet shops I have visited. From the first moment I called into the showroom I was very impressed by the service, the knowledge, the advice, the friendliness- a true family business. After choosing my carpets which was a challenge with all the many choices - again Clare had great advice on which to choose for each room. A date was made for fitting. The fitters were amazing. From meeting Claire initially and Simon and their son at the fitting stage, the whole experience was made easier by their knowledge, advice, experience and skill. I would highly recommend this family business. We were sorry about our very heavy sofa that they had to move!!!!!
Simon and the team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and made the whole process of selecting the most suitable flooring for our downstairs and fitting day completely seamless and stree free for us. They went above and beyond what we expected including fixing a rotten floorboard in our kitchen prior to installing the new floors. They ensured we were happy with the finishing and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesistate to recommend their services and look forward to working with them again in the future!
