Floorgem installed flooring in my master bathroom in May 2022. According to my plumber and water mitigation company, Floorgem's workers incorrectly installed the toilet, causing it to leak over time and leading the subfloor to substantially rot. When the subfloor could not hold the ongoing water leak anymore, the leak spread down into the ceiling of the family room beneath that bathroom.
