Don't go into a private office for final payment We had a major flooring job done by them. They had access to the site for 2 weeks in order to do a reliable estimate. When the time came for final payment, the saleman (a really big guy) blocked the door to his office and said I needed to pay him $2000 more or his manager wouldn't give him his commission! Go somewhere else that appreciates your business Floorcraft informed me today they no longer will help you unless you have an appt even though the door states "appointment recommended". This was told to me by an associate who wasn't helping anyone. Nice huh? I guess she lost Floorcraft a whole new home of tile, wood floors, countertops, carpet. We have bought 900 square feet of slate and $8000.00 worth of carpet from them in the past, but apparently that just isn't good enough to get help. It shouldn't even matter. They shou... read more
