Extremely happy with the new flooring. We worked with Sierra throughout this process and she was very helpful in making sure things went smoothly and was responsive to our questions. Everything from start to finish was great. Shoutout to Perry in the warehouse for getting us loaded up and on our way. We will definitely be back to Floor Trader for future jobs.
I just went to The Floor Trader Outlet/cKc in Chambersburg and they did a really great job of helping me with my issue. The lovely young lady who assisted me, Amanda Henry, did an excellent job of assisting me in getting the materials that I needed. Sierra was extremely easy to work with. Just like taking a friend to help me pick out the PERFECT flooring. She was very knowledgeable about their products. Exceptional service. Jonah, floor installer with Superior Floorcoverings, was great as well. He matched my trim work PERFECTLY. I will definitely be using both companies for numerous future projects. Thanks So Much. We remodeled our master bath. MacKenzie was amazing. She was thorough and professional. We sourced some products ourselves and the rest with Floor Trader. She also connected us with excellent installers. She made a daunting process go smoothly.
