I just went to The Floor Trader Outlet/cKc in Chambersburg and they did a really great job of helping me with my issue. The lovely young lady who assisted me, Amanda Henry, did an excellent job of assisting me in getting the materials that I needed. She is a very professional and knowledgeable young lady who went out of her way to help me. Great job Amanda, and keep up the great work 👍🏻!
Sierra was extremely easy to work with. Just like taking a friend to help me pick out the PERFECT flooring. She was very knowledgeable about their products. Exceptional service. Jonah, floor installer with Superior Floorcoverings, was great as well. He matched my trim work PERFECTLY. I will definitely be using both companies for numerous future projects. Thanks So Much. We remodeled our master bath. MacKenzie was amazing. She was thorough and professional. We sourced some products ourselves and the rest with Floor Trader. She also connected us with excellent installers. She made a daunting process go smoothly.

A great place to bring your kids while shopping for quality flooring and household accoutrements. Our designer’s knowledgment of the products, processes and pricing far exceeded our expectations. Ellen’s attention to detail and passion for her craft showed forth in her interactions with us well before we “shopped” in the showroom. We have ordered flooring from FToC as of today and look forward to continuing our relationship moving forward with a locally owned small business and such an enthusiastic crew!
