Installed vinyl plank throughout my entire house. Randy and his team did a fabulous job! And Tony was a fantastic, informative sales rep. Great job Floor Trader!
Horrible customer service. Was lead to believe they had installers. They came and measured the room (a bathroom) and told me they would take care of the toilet as well. Waited for someone to call and no one did. I called them to see about the estimate and got nothing but bs and run around. The store and their installers are not on the same page!!
