Matt’s company installed my floor around Feb of 22. By June of that year the ends of my floors started to curl up and break off. I tried to contact him many times and he either did not respond or said he would come and look at it that week, but never showed up. He finally showed up at the end of the summer of 23. He said he could replace the bad pieces. I wanted the whole floor redone because I was afraid the flooring was bad and it would continue to curl up. To this date nothing from him. I got my wood flooring done by Matt. I love the wood floors. However, I also paid for the materials for two bathroom floors. After paying my deposit for the materials, he made many empty promises about finishing my floors. Then, he would not return my messages or answer my calls. After 4 months of broken promises and lies, stole my deposit, and has to contact me. Thief!
