We bought a new home The Floor Show did the flooring in. We have wrinkles in the carpet and gaps in the laminate. I tried calling but got the run around, Left messages with no call backs. I would never purchase here.
Customer service wasn't the best. We were told 2 weeks for our flooring. Took longer which was fine. But we had to call them numerous times to find out where it was. Each time no response. Even went down to the store. Still not helpful.
Not reliable. Calls not returned when promised. Communication between service and customer severely lacking.
I tried really hard but when their installer took 8 days to finish a one day job, had to come back after that to put in transitions and then the wrong transition was put in the font threshold.... I'm done
