The tile and grout looked great after cleaning. the only problem I had was the corners of the rooms, the edges by the cabinet,stove and door ways were not cleaned very well. these areas I had to do myself with a rag. the machine doesn't get these areas. They need t go over these areas by hand. Professional and on time.

The initial cleaning left a real mess in terms of spotting of the ceramic tile. John returned the next day, got down on his hands and knees, and rectified the problem. Now that's customer service!
