We're so happy with how our floors turned out. I had no idea what I needed or what to expect, but when I called they answered all of my questions and were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Somebody came out the next day to provide me an estimate. Price was fair and they put me on their schedule for the next available appointment. We absolutely love our floors they did such a great job! Customer service 10/10 Skills/knowledge 10/10 Would absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone for new floor installation.

I needed my wood floors refinished in my Maryland home. Hardwood floor refinishing is a craft which requires real skill. Floor Medic techs are the definition of skilled craftsmen. I admire the individual who is committed to creating through skilled craftsmanship such as wood working. I will be recommending this particular company to anyone looking for flooring in Maryland.

I was worried about having my floors refinished while my wife was pregnant and we had already moved into the upper portion of the home. However Rick Scott at Floor Medic assured us that the floor would be done in a few short days. I was astonished when he told me that because we were such amazing people and hand done so much to prepare for the worker's by leaving little booties by the door which they could wear when they walked about on the tile floors and carpet so as to not drag saw dust through the house. Floor Medic completely transformed the original wood flooring in my new home prior to my family moving in. They were able to match the upstairs . In fact, so much of our family commented on how beautiful the floors were when we hosted Thanks giving.

Floor Medic recently did the floors in a home I just bought in Gaithersburg. The prior owner had used a heavy wax throughout on the floors & steps as well as having spilled glitter literally everywhere. Rick worked with our timeline, helped us pick a color, and knocked the job out of the park. We absolutely love the floors & stairs!
