Flooring America is the worst company ever Run AWAY Run AWAY. These people are rude and have the worst customer service. They don't even give you a moment to speak and they are yelling at you! And I mean YELLING!
The Floor Guys in Costa Mesa, Beware! These people are liars, cheats, and crooks. I specifically worked with Brenda in the Costa Mesa location where she lied hand over fist and hit me with a bill 2 times of what we verbally agreed upon. Their work is horrible and their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Don't waist you time with these cheats, they are the worst in the industry and you will get burned!
The Floor Guys – I agree - DO NOT do businees with this company. They distroyed my home then did as little as possible to make it right. Gus, the owner, is not a man of his word. They even tried to charge me sales tax on labor
The worst customer service and work! – I had flooring installed by these people through my insuance, they messed up some flooring in my bedroom and they were so difficult to work with that I just gave up and lived with it. Years later I needed more flooring and when I called and spoke to the secretary she gave me the worst attitude and yelled at me. Do NOT do Business with The Floor Guys in Costa Mesa. Brenda, the Sales Rep will rip you off. The owner is just as bad and will turn his shoulder. Their work is outsourced and is the worst I have ever seen. Go somewhere else, don't trust these people. I have reached out to two others who had singed Agreements at this location and they were glad I talked them out of it. They noticed from the day they walked in that this is a shady business. You will regret it, walk while you can!
