RecommendedI would HIGHLY recommend Floor Factory Outlet in Leesburg if you are looking for a good product at a GREAT price. After shopping at many of the local stores in my area, I decided to visit this store. Wes was great. He knew exactly what I was looking for. After having a conflict with one of the installers, he put me in contact with One Heck Of A Floor Installation Company who did a great job installing my new Vinyl Plank.
We are extremely happy with the service and the results. Mark was more than helpful in helping us choose and match the flooring to our existing cabinetry and recommending our fantastic installers. We would recommend them anytime!
The Floor Factory Outlet helped us with picking out carpet for our entire house and the service was outstanding! Wes McKee the manager and team of sales associates are very helpful! The installation of the carpet by Jon Nowak was done in a timely and professional manner! We will definitely go back for anymore of our floor covering needs!
Not a good experience at all. It has been 5 months for a repair on our laminate flooring. The installers either don't call when they are to give me an appointment or just don't show for the appointment. Any ideas how to resolve this?
Wes (store manager) was extremely helpful. Helped me get the carpet I need within my budget. The installers Jon and Darrel we extremely professional and did a great job. Thank you!!
Nothing but good things to say. The Facebook deal brought me in to the store and we took free samples to see if they would work in our home. Went back and Wes honored the price he quoted initially and even did better and we couldn't be happier with the value and look of our new floor. Thanks and we will be back for sure.

My experience with the company is the worst. Poor quality tile along with poor quality installation. To get them to fix their mistakes is impossible. It has been over a month and I'm still trying to get them to make right their mistakes. Mismatched tile, uneven tile, lack of grout in some spots and bad pieces of tile. The only reason why I gave them a star is because I had to, to get the post on this site.
I can't recommend Floor Factory Outlet, its salesmen, and its installers enough! We were able to find the product we were looking for (wood-look luxury vinyl tile) at the best price in town and the installer, Mitchell Tate and his crew, were the most professional craftsmen I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They showed up on time, worked non-stop for two days, did a wonderful job, cleaned up and left the job site in pristine condition.
