It was a great experience from the moment I walked into the showroom until I set foot on my newly installed carpet. Andy and Heather were friendly, informative, and supportive. The installers did a great job, worked with my tight schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. Would use Floor Express again. Highly recommended.
Had abbey floors deliver some flooring that I had to be constructed into a stair nose by floors express. 3 different times I gave my email address to abbey floors for an invoice and still an email to me was never successfully completed. After waiting longer than expected by 2 weeks to receive the stair nose I called them for an update to find out that they had it. We had a great experience with Floor Express! Communication was prompt and easy, the price was very reasonable, and installation was perfect. We were on a quick timeline and they not only accommodated that but our floors were finished ahead of schedule. I would absolutely return here the next time I have a flooring need and highly recommend them!
