Estimator was respectful of the place, professional and cordial. The installers did a perfect job as far as I could tell and cleaned up well after themselves. There was good communication throughout. Overall a great experience.
I shopped around to five different flooring companies in the Olympia-Lacey-Tumwater area. When I met Heather at Floor Express, she gave me great advice and answered all of my questions. The quote they gave me was very competitive. They gave a price for a great product that fit in my price range. The install team was great! They were friendly and professional and finished the job (about 1700 square feet of carpet) in two days. I highly recommend Floor Express!
Good service. Informed staff. Very slow and disorganized. 9 days now and don't have my formica.
