Awful experience with this company. I used their title company to close on my home and they gave me more stress than anything. Getting them to give me the final closing figures was like pulling a tooth. The rep i dealt with sounds sweet on the phone (i dont want to identify her) but she is awful with respecting people's time. She tells you "I will call you back " and she never does and no apologies. Be thankful that you have new homebuyers who dont know who not to use but your bad customer service will soon catch up to you.
CalAtlantic is a crappy company and all they care about is turning out houses as fast as they can. They have unskilled laborers doing the work with poor results. They cut corners. I know it looks like there are only a few ratings here but you should see the Greyrock Ridge pagewas. Pretty much everyone has issues with their house that they are still trying to get fixed months after moving in. Some issues were brought up even before closing.
