We had a great experience with Carpet One! We explained what we were looking for and they were able to guide us and stayed within our budget. I would recommend them if you are looking for new carpet or flooring.
I almost never leave reviews. Floor Decor Carpet One did the LVP and trim on the two main levels of our home, and they were outstanding. Dan walked us through every step and had incredible attention to detail. Any concerns or questions were addressed promptly and professionally. Can’t speak highly enough of this group based on our experience. Highly, highly recommend.
I love the carpet I eventually chose for my family room! I appreciated my experience there. Took me a long time and many visits to select my carpet. Erin was knowledgeable, very helpful, and patient with me. I took samples back and forth and when I mentioned that I’d like to see a larger sample she ordered them for me. This store has many samples of flooring to choose from. Installation was perfect, and the price was right. Would highly recommend.

Home improvement projects can be daunting and time consuming, but the team at Floor Decor Carpet One were excellent and made this process simple and stress free. Dan came out to quote replacing our 2nd level carpet. He was on time and very knowledgeable and friendly.
