Bailey gets 5 stars. I am in the home improvement industry and have been for over 20 years, I often find shopping frustrating. Help is rarely helpful. Bailey was awesome. She did not have all the knowledge but she was genuinely interested in helping us. When we asked for information about the grout color used in a display the first person we asked just shrugged and said "we don't keep track of those things"(small suggestion, label your displays with grout color and maybe you will sell more grout).
