I had the best experience Through a phone order. Usually staff is friendly up into you ask them for a favor . Leo had a great attitude from the beginning of the conversation he walk across the store to count boxes for me I never felt rushed and he was patient all the way through the process. 5 stats!!
Fantastic customer service!!!! Freddy walked me through the whole store and answered all of my questions and picked out the correct product for me that fit my home I was surprised how polite and patient Freddy was understanding that all of my questions may have been overwhelming, but he kept his smile and got us what we wanted
Mercy and Danny (the boss) were FANTASTIC!!!! They were incredibly helpful and I LOVED working with them!!!
Women Rock at Floor & Decor Orlando! We are undertaking major renovations in two bathrooms and thanks to Sharon the design was easy. She is amazing. She helped order everything that was needed for the project. The service is free and invaluable. We've also received lots of support from Kelley the Store Manager, and KC at the front cashiering area. They are all incredibly helpful and efficient. We really couldn't do it without them!
I went into the store and was overwhelmed by how large the store was. I came across a lady named GiGi and she was AMAZING! She was so helpful and so patient with me. I recommend everyone goes to see her! I will definitely be back. Thanks again GiGi! It's refreshing to shop at a place where customer service is still important.
