I had an excellent experience at Floor and Decor thanks to Jillieann and Scarlet. They were both incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of picking out tile and all the accessories to go with it. They took the time to understand the look I was going for, walked me through different tile options, and gave great advice on finishes, spacing, trim pieces, and all the small details that make a big difference. Jillieann is amazing! I had an emergency project that dreaded to shop for. Jillieann made it all worth it! Every attention to my requests and details is appreciated. Floor and Decor design studio is a wonderful extension of the warehouses!
