Very experienced staff. Beautiful design studio
I had the BEST experience at Floor & Decor in the Design District in Miami, FL. My salesperson was Jilleann Velez - she was so sweet and really helped me solve some tricky and confusing issues. She has patience and a gifted sense of color and design. She is the best!

I was looking for a really old tile and they helped me get the most similar stuff on the market The ladies were super helpful and got me what I needed!
Stopped by the Doral location on Sunday to look at tiles and make a purchase and not one sales person approached us so we left. Do yourself a favor and go to the Design District location and ask Carlos if you want the best customer service. He was professional and super friendly.
