Staff is incredibly helpful and patient. Finding a safe place in the middle of renovation is refreshing! Skyler and Ashley at the pro desk were a huge help!
Mailen was extremely helpful! We got beautiful tiles for bathroom flooring and tiles for the shower and she helped us make the best decision we could. I highly recommend visiting her.
Came for a delivery and the ladies on the docks didnt acknowledge me for the first 45 minutes. I stood there and they act like I didnt exist. The person who offloaded the truck was nice at the end. It took 3 hours to offload 10 pallets.
Mailen Doyle was a big help choosing matching tiles for our Sarasota condo renovation. She has a great eye for tile colors and then created the 3D design layout. We highly recommend finding her in the Highland Ave. Cincinnati store.
