Slow and wouldn’t take back what I could return unopened after I spent over $3000 there
After some initial delivery and product issues, Floor and Decor stepped up and addressed my complaints by compensating my tile installation contractor for the extra work he incurred to complete my job. F&D did the right thing and I applaud their support for the tile installation contractors who buy their products. Good corporations lead by example. Congratulations.
