I had a wonder young lady named Shameakah help me with our tile. She lifted 4ft tiles and walked us out to load them in our truck! She is very professional, kind and helpful!! A wonderful employee.
This store is very disappointing. I do not recommend it at all. The employees are absolutely NOT helpful. My wife and I came to the Tacoma Store from Olympia with the intent to purchase Bathroom Tiles for the wall and the floor. We asked several times for assistance with color coordination and design. For 1 hour we waited for help and no staff showed up to assist us. Absolutely amazing customer service and unbeatable selection and pricing! I’m a house flipper, so I’ve made the rounds at supply stores, and Floor & Decor is always our go-to for LVP and tile. They simply can’t be beat. The Tacoma location really impressed me with the level of service they provided. Stopped by Floor & Decor, and this place feels less like a store and more like a massive warehouse of possibilities Endless rows of tile, stone, wood — everything stacked, organized, and stretching out like you just walked into some kind of construction playground 🧱.
