We’ve consistently had a positive expertise the Hosmer Floor and Decor. It’s well staffed and they have all been willing to help and are available. Yesterday though we received exceptional care from Ryan. We had purchased several boxes of a mosaic tile. We got home and found multiple sheets had excessive glue on the backs. Taishaun is wonderful!!! I can’t tell you the number of big box stores we have been to where people working there just walk by as we struggle to load things onto a cart. He stopped immediately and asked if he could help and he even brought others to help us. That’s rare in today’s world and I am so happy with my purchase from floor decor in Tacoma Way to go you guys.
