Iggy helped me unload my heavy flooring boxes out of my car to return to store. He was friendly and willing to help. I so appreciate when staff are friendly and Iggy was!

Only a 4 star because they don't have the 10% military discount other floor and decor stores in Washington have.
I have been a customer for many years and products. The products, prices, and in-store assistance is very good. However, on-phone support is very poor. The store does not answer the phone. Questions often occur during projects or some need to be answered right away. When the store does not answer the phone poorly reflects on customer service.
