I started shopping with Floor&Decor about a year ago. My first experience was amazing . I said good bye to Lowe’s and Home Depot. I’m a tile installer and the prices were way better . What got me is the customer service. With that being said my last trips for a few big jobs have been different. It seems the employees are going through something or something has changed . This is A.J. And I was fired for being a minute late because of construction and they didn’t want to hear it. I have been on time for over 90 days and they said it falls off in that time but the new manager Jesse would not listen or cared that I’ve been giving excellent service and have got nothing but excellent feedback from every customer I worked with. If anyone can help that would be appreciated!
