So…I couldn’t find the flooring I needed at my home store of north Portland, OR, so I had to coordinate with this Tacoma, WA location that had the last few boxes of flooring. That was this morning, and I had to drive ALL THE WAY to Tacoma to go and retrieve it or wait longer and pay $200 for shipping. When I arrived the same guy Steven was the one that loaded it up for me AND was the same guy that I spoke with this morning. He was so kind! Floor and Decor…please give Steven a raise or something. This man is HARD WORKING
