I own a general contracting company and was needing to find quality engineered hardwood flooring and Chris Aldrich and Eli Driskell were THE most helpful at the pro desk. It’s hard finding honest people these days and these men both really care you can tell. I’ll be coming back to buy more flooring from them
Absolutely horrible service. I arrived to pick up an order and they had a customer blocking the road 100%. There was a line of cars trying to use this road and Ian the Manager, seemed not to care. They had 3 people loading the guy with a forklift. No one was inside and I am sitting here 20 minutes later. Ian, the Store Manager, walked in and asks me to move my car so they can load the trailer easier. I told him they need to have respect for everyone using this road and to just move the truck.
