Had a vanity on sale on the floor, wrote a ticket for me to purchase, then refused to sell it to me at checkout. Straight out refused because of their mistake. Wasted an hour of my time here, managers don’t care about the customer, it is obvious. Spent $6K on flooring here this month, will not be back. Terrible customer service and attitude.
This FLOOR & DECOR Showroom is amazing AND the sales staff is truly a tremendous resource explained the differences between types of flooring and manufacturers.
