Our experience with Kim Ross has been excellent. She has gone above and beyond to help us get a Quote on a hardwood floor that is only in stores on the East Coast. Where some floor decor employees were unable to help us, Kim made sure to go through the proper channels and do what was needed to be done to get us a quote. We will definitely be looking for her when we go into the store and for future projects.
Mira from the design team went above and beyond to help me with choosing tile for my bathroom. I was very indecisive at times, but through it all she smiled. Honestly I appreciate her so much and also feel bad because I was probably a hassle today. Not just her but all the workers I came across was really nice as well.
Stay away from this place not worth it they only have 2 doors i waiting been since 7am it’s now 12pm and still don’t have a door yet It’s like we don’t have hours of service they just want to bring your here and figure out what you y going to do if you run out of hours they don’t care Drivers
Wide selection of tiles and flooring. Good prices. Very helpful staff, Meagan was super helpful.
