I had a great experience at Floor & Decor thanks to Steen. He went above and beyond to help me with my project and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and also just great to talk with, which made the whole experience even better. Customer service like this is hard to find. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend asking for Steen if you visit!
Pretty decent selection of hard flooring material and supplies and a few vanity and bathroom fixtures at competitive prices. Convenient big box store and showroom.
I came here to pick up a order unfortunately I’ve been asked to wait 20 min and then saying they cannot fine my tile and then saying to wait another 20 minutes more what’s up with your workers yall gotta train them a little bit better this is really taking to long for my order

Everyone was so helpful when I was picking out tile for our bathroom. In particular, Joe was so helpful and knowledgeable and really made the whole process so stress free and enjoyable.
