Brian/Bryan ( Manager ) handled a tough situation like a pro. I was upset about an issue that had nothing to do with him, and was more so a policy. Even when I was beyond frustrated, he stayed cool, calm, and professional. He under promised and over delivered. I had expected a call back a few days later because the store manager was off, but Brian called back 30 minutes later with a solution. Really appreciated him and the Floor & Decor team. Five star customer service. Thank you Brian.
