Talia made the process of designing the bathroom a breeze! She has a great sense of design and was very friendly!
I had the pleasure of working with Joy, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything I needed for my backsplash project. Her guidance made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’m so grateful for her help and truly appreciate her excellent customer service!
I have a large ongoing job. It has been a nightmare. No one takes any responsibility for your order. There system won’t allow for material needed but not in stock. You are forced to call back over and over and over. I have broken tiles that I need to document that they were broken when received. No one will accept photos to document this. Of the many companies I have ever dealt with…they are far and away the absolute worst by a mile.
Designer Deb was absolutely amazing and so helpful!!! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel at ease, not pushy and didn’t try to persuade one way or the other. She really listened to what I liked and found the perfect bathroom floor and shower tile for our remodel. I also mentioned we wanted heated floors and she had everything we needed. So knowledgeable and made sure we didn’t miss anything for the job. Highly recommend her for a designer and this store has so many options with wonderful prices!! Thanks Deb!!
Hannah really came through for us at this store! Amazing customer service. We had a mixup with our initial design consultant which resulted in us being majorly short in our LVP flooring being installed the next day. She quickly figured out how much more we needed and worked to have it ready for us to run up to the job site. I’ve always said “problems are going to arise in the course of doing business, but it’s how you handle the problems that make the difference.” Thank you Hannah!
