I am a Designer and GC in the Flower Mound area. I had an email from F&D showing someone picked up 40 sheets of tile at The Colony store today, but it was not anyone from my team. I am a GC and do residential remodeling. I needed tile for a shower for my tile guys that were getting tiles installed pretty quickly and needed more tile. I went to the Colony store and Taylor Thomas was there and assisted with what I needed. Her and her guys stepped up and got me loaded up in less than 35 minutes. We needed tile asap and Liz helped us get the right quantities and track them down at local stores so we could get what we needed quickly. She went above and beyond, 5 star service!
Happily went to Floor & Decor after reading they price matched (specifics had to be the same: type, name, size, and material). Victor, the associate, was incredible, knowledgeable, and very helpful. After 30-45 minutes of gathering ALL supplies we needed for the project, we reached the point of price matching.
