We had an amazing experience at Floor & Decor thanks to Derek in the Home Decor/Flooring department. He helped us with everything we needed for our entire second floor and saved us a lot of time by making sure we got the exact materials we needed. Derek stayed with us through the whole process, helped with the transaction, explained everything clearly, and even assisted us with getting the credit card.
